Most of the J.H. Keith Trail has a 3% to 5% grade. The last 200 feet of the trail near the
water has a 5% to 7% grade. The trail is accessible up to 10 ft. from the edge of the
water, with a 2 ft. high retaining wall at the water's edge. There are accessible
restrooms, picnic shelters and picnic sites with accessible tables on concrete pads, and a
short trail to the falls.
J. H. Keith Memorial Cascade Falls offers a sand beach, a swimming hole, an artesian
spring, Cascade Falls, picnic sites and there are steps going into the water.
